Refund policy
Damaged/Wrong Item Received
- If you receive the wrong items, please get in touch right away at info@redhongyi.com. We will advise on how we can rectify the error.
- We ensure that all items are well packed and packed securely. We do not cover for damages to the item due to mishandling by the courier service.
Return
- To return an item, you must contact us at info@redhongyi.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- When we reply we’ll advise you of the shipping options for returns. We recommend using a tracked service when you return the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria will not be accepted.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 10 business days if the refund is approved.
- If the refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase.
- You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.
